Moving from Pro to Free never deletes anything. If you are over a Free limit you keep every record, and you can add more once you are back under it or upgrade again.
New accounts start on a 30-day Pro trial automatically. You can use every Pro feature, including the client portal, custom fields, inventory and point of sale, with the Free plan’s record limits (10 projects, 10 quotes, 20 customers). No card is needed. When the trial ends you move to Free and keep all your data.
Upgrade inside Riser under Settings → Billing. Checkout is handled by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which accepts major cards and other local payment methods and issues your invoices.
Yes, at any time from Settings → Billing. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Yes. You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first Pro payment. See our refund policy.
